haven't tested.
no matter uppercase / lowercase
if u running cfg local do (one q3 copy running server and client):
load conf/plusN
xp_WeaponStyle //will print current settings
xp_WeaponStyle 1 //to change default settings
and right after
map_restart //to approve change, and look console
on a remote server only person who type rcon map_restart will see notification in console about current cfg settings

A couple of suggestions:
1. Could you turn gib corpses off? I like to see the corpses. Also, those who don't like them can always turn off the variable xp_corpses so the effect would be the same.
2. Quad factor is too high. A value between 2 and 3 would be enough imo.

But you forgot one thing - someone with lg needs at least 2-3 seconds of welding and with one accurate hit from rail he would stop to annoy you
plusN is to use a bit more weapons than rg.
I just think that BattleSuit is too powerfull. I'll talk to fala about this and we'll release the RC version
