i agree with rat. i guess the difference between the 2 approaches would be that in avoiding splash back lg would become a more generally used weapon as opposed to a shortrange finishing weapon it is as of now.

splash = changing movementphysics xD

but anyway, as soon i have dsl, i think i will make a testserver, (2!S Freez Test or something), where i add the suggestions in here,

but this still can take weeks.

But on osp/cpma do u have insta rail or bfg? In e+ we have other weapon power and balance between weapon must stay cuz if we will kick splash damage from plus.cfg ihmo it will be total unusefull weapon agains insta rail or bfg.

You do have a point there Flex Happy Well, could always make the LG a little stronger than it currently is. Since you use OSP and CPMA as example... LG is a touch stronger than the MG in those mods. In CPMA MG = 5hp damage, and LG = 8hp damage. Currently you have both MG and LG's damage at 25hp, so maybe bring the LG up to 30hp? Happy

But then again... making it a little stronger probably won't compensate for the splash damage's absence.

Since we'll be playing the ctf masters cup i found some new interest in plus cfg, i would like to make an observation about this cfg, i think that for ctf mode it will be better if you guys dissable multijumps, it is just my personal point of view and also some of my clan makes consider that mj and ctf don't mix, just my 2 cents, i'll be testing the cfg more extensively cause there are some other issues i would like to point but first i'll make sure i know what i'm talking about, i hope at least no mj can be implemented for ctf mode.
