Looks like d1s is cheater ofc. But about games... If DVINSK knew that he is cheater than ofc WO but if they were just blind than imho it should be regame in the same squad just insteed of d1s should play anyone also. And about EVOL - he played only one map and had the same score like other DVINSK and the score was rather big for DVINSK and U should stay things like it is. So my vote goes stay the score DVINSK-EVOL like it was and rematch DVINSK-DS in the same squads, just change d1s

We didn't notice this guy on the firt map cause of the high ping (250ms for me so everything was possible) but it was fun too play dm11 and 6 What was strange for me, the reactions of the Dvinsk members, "n1" and so on, while from my pov it was almost laughing my ass off after some shots (after watching froggs demo we all were rofling damn good) :f
As for the game, we lost our time playing vs cheater and we won so Oska count it as it is now or wo.
