For all ppl - The Quake name tool problem finally solved

Did u ever have problems with characters from QNAME,and copy pasting the tags from your internet browser or some other program (msn) to qname tool...the characters looked sometn like this "?????" ? Or maybe u had problems with saving the codes to a cfg file? Well i certainly had that problem,it was a pain in the ass but i managed to solve the problem after a long time and share it with u since there is no guide/tutorial on this sort of crap 
So,all u gotta do is go to control panel ---> regional and language settings and under "advanced" tab change the "language for non-unicode programs" to english (united states) and restart your computer.

i get special fonts from russian letters

I think someone should make this sticky,I still see alot of people have problems with this because they cant see this thread.

It has to work,but if u are from UK/U.S like it says in your location,u probably dont need to read this thread at all,cause u shouldnt have the problems stated above.

I should probably also mention the downside of this,which is that if u use some multilanguage programs that have support for your language (for example croatian or polish) and u want to use that program in your own language you wont see special characters in those programs if u choose your language in that program,unless u revert from english (united states) back to your language (in regional settings--->advanced).I know croatian and polish language have special characters,dont know about other languages,so to some this might be a problem.I hope I didnt confuse someone or complicate 2 much with this post
