Deex is inactive. Maybe he moved out to another planet. Maybe met a beautiful princess and is now busy trying to populate some remote island in the carribbean. Maybe he connected his brain to a computer and now he can't be bothered with stuff like that on his path to world domination.

In either case, i think a replacement is in order.
