Imho Reno has a very good idea to make a list of official cw servers, where configs and settings are set properly.

And I have another Idea, since MR's are working on the new ladder system and there was no cw's on 1.04 yet maybe we can move all the played cw's on 1.03 to archive, clean up the sections, update the rules in the way community accepts it, choose some ranking moderators and have fun playing cw's

since when do we need an official referee just for a cw? AFAIK its needed only during cup (regarding cup rules). Also since there is no official cfg (there are 3 cfg's plusN (beer) PlusC (aim) and plusbeta (?). It's making cw's a little bit harder, thats true. But since u started cw (u were satisfied with everything around at beginning) this cw have to be ranked. U cant say 'sry this cfg is shit (ot this server is shit) in the middle of map and disconnect. The only thing u could do - change server after 1st map.
