F1 , couse happens could be many : lags ; net crash etc. and many times other members are offline by the real life trouble

i think its a good idea... somebody's net crashes due to a thunderstorm or something and is not able to be back within 2 minutes, but he returns after (lets say) 6-7 minutes... the clan could play 3v4 then and 4v4 again when the guy is back. IMO that's fairer than the other way round...
OR:
its 1-0, the winning team loses 1 player on the second map... if they finish 3v4 and lose the second map, it would be 1-1 and if the missing player returns to the third map, they still have a chance to win.
and further the clan would use both the timeouts in a row, which would cause a looooooot of unsatisfaction during the cw (and might start flame-wars 
).
