i tested your buttseks config for an hour or so 
- dm17 i didnt notice any difference from plus.cfg - (never ran out of rail)
- items are mostly useless
- bfg midair kills are a nice touch
- plasma was simply stupid - at least a couple more shots would be ok
- mg & lg seemed ok
Would be interesting if bfg+rocket switch was slowed down independently.

Finally some Action 
It seems pretty good Foksie I have tested the CFG (Well Done) i am impressed but just little all though i wish i would have some knowledge off this CFG earlier I could help you out whit few things Suggestions etc. but hey next time mabey.´

Why would you change rail cycle, we played so long now with rail cycle 1.1 sec and all got used to it, lowering it, means more chance to hit with rail, why would you want it?
4 bfg shots is ok, but 5 would be better imo for CTF gametype, mostly if enemy spams now, they use up to 10 bfg shots, so 5 is just a good number imo. It's normal you don't run out of Railammo, but you don't run out of MG ammo as well.

Followings Configs are now voteable on this war-server:

Anyway, i dont get why rail has so redicoules much ammo concerning to other weapons? in normal gameplay u never can run out of ammo, just if u keep on firebutton whithout leaving it. Railammo of 10 would be way enough.

it doesnt mean more chance to hit with rail at all, and 1 sec is fine, play on aim rail, there u can spam with the rail.
lowering it just gives bonus to people who are able to rail. (lemme do the famous quote: if rail would be so easy, why u dont simply do it?)
also it wont change much, since people arent used to hold button (which is pretty ineffective online imo).
to rail ammo:
well, if u dont run out of ammo on 10 shells at all (which u obviously shouldnt) u wont on 22 either, maybe just on ffa, so no point and for me at least, excessive isnt much about ammo limit.
u guys remember proplus? whenever u played ffa on it, ur rail was empty after 11 shoots?

Dont igree at all! Dont like this change on the cycle Rail me neither Equ i am not afraid off changes but then again this could be REALLY smart good thing 2 doby Foksie beucase now ppl must start 2 handel other weapons and try 2 master those aswell and when the MG and LG is stronger thats a BIG PLUS This would be really intressting. Equ this is just an adjustment thing before you know it you handel this new config in no time.
