i think scripts is a point of cheat. if its wrong, so make a new topic with scripts, how to use it and then all can use it.
but that is not in my interest.

My opinion: sripts = cheat.

Its also not only advantageous cause u know when u changed for show to rail, then i choose bfg and shoot with it, then i shoot with grenadelauncher, then i didnt know which is the next weapon when i press mouse2 again ... it needs much concentration on this ... i use it cause i always have played with this in nearly all games which are like quake and i mostly got good timing on this so its good for me but pls play with it and u will see that u will suck with it if u understand what iam talking about

Sure there are some scripts which suck, for show this automaticly weapchange scripts which changes between near all weapons in a decidet switchtime and stuff ... but most scripts u could write in cfg are just systems which act in things u normally have to do manually.
